Approaching ADHD & Burnout differently
Maple Seed Wellness was created from a passion to provide holistic, and patient-centered approaches to individuals experiencing recurring burnout, fatigue and ADHD related struggles. At Maple Seed Wellness, it is important to work from a whole person approach. This style of approach means we will use evidence-based approaches including traditional talk therapy and mindfulness-based, experiencial practices.
Through the therapy process, we aim to listen to not only the story you already know, but the underlying implicit meanings. It can sometimes feel difficult at first, however gaining the abilitlly to slow down allows you to make life choices from a reflective vs. reactive place. Together we will spend time learning what your system needs (mind & body) and only move foward from a place that creates safety, connection, and growth.

Meet your counsellor
Sarah has supported adults in the mental health field for over 15 years and in the most recent years in ADHD specific care. Having received a late ADHD diagnosis, this lived experience created her passion for supporting others stuggling with ADHD and related issues.
Sarah blends her training in mindfulness-based experiencial practices (AEDP & Parts work), along with ADHD specific ACT and CBT approaches when supporting her clients. She holds a BACYC and is currently a student counsellor under supervision with Orca Institute. Current fees reflect her student status and will increase mid 2026.
