Maple Seed Wellness was created from a passion to provide holistic, and patient-centered approaches to individuals experiencing recurring burnout, fatigue and ADHD related struggles. At Maple Seed Wellness it is important to work from a whole person approach. This style of approach means we do not only use traditional talk therapy, but also include evidence-based experiencial practices. 

By embracing the abilitlly to slow down, you will learn to work from a place of true insight. Together we will create an approach that works for you, at a pace that creates personal comfort, insight and growth.

Meet your counsellor

Sarah holds a BACYC and has supported adults in the mental health field for over 15 years. She is someone who received a late ADHD diagnosis and this lived experience created her passion for supporting others experiencing frequent burnout, ADHD, and related struggles. 

Sarah blends her training in Mindfulnes-based practices and CBT approaches to support her clients. She is currently a student counsellor under supervision with Orca Institute. Current fees reflect her student status and will increase in 2026.
